Seek Greater

You spend your life striving to accumulate great wealth;

All at the expense of destroying your precious health.

You work long hours for monetary gain;

But your expected income remains unchanged.

You pray, but no victory seems nearby.

You ponder other options for you to give a try.

Finally, you sought the LORD for something else –

The missing key was found in his Word –

One you never tried but often heard:

“But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness;

And all these things shall be added to you.” (Matt 6:33)
