We are God’s poetry – a re-created people still
Each assigned a destiny – a task to fulfill.
God planned our future before the day we were born;
Our dreams lay dormant while we are tattered and torn.
While waiting for fulfillment, we weather life’s storms,
And somehow find faith and courage to press on.
Expecting life’s journey to become sweeter each day,
we realize God’s promises as we walk in His divine way.
God’s covenant blessing will never be broken;
He fulfills every prayer by the words He has spoken.
