Politics for the rich is like a game.
However, for the poor, our seniors, the working class, our veterans, and small businesses, it’s more like a pathetic daily struggle.
Most people don’t even have a clue as to why we are all struggling every day to make ends meet, and some brush it off as this party or that party, and love to call themselves Republicans or Democrats, conservatives or liberals.
One thing I have never understood is why any group will call themselves conservatives if all they want to do is create more corporations and expect that 99% of the population will pay more for it than they paid when the government ran it.
I always associated the word conservative with those who did all they could to save a penny or just loved to pinch a dime. Now it seems the only thing they love to pinch is a pussy and create more expenses for everyone while they sit back and gain wealth with stocks and look down their noses at all the little people.
Speaking of which, today, we find many of those little people have the amount of brain cells that you can find inside the cranium of a dead dinosaur.
Most of them don’t seem to understand that every day, the price of a loaf of bread is higher, milk costs more, beef and other products have increased, and wages have stayed close to the same.
Now our fuel is starting to cost more again since we have Republicans in control.
What does it take for anyone who keeps their head in the sand, watches Fox, and thinks they are educated to wake up and find the reality that Fox News is not really news at all, since it does not give you facts and the truth?
For programs with action and adventure, comedy and romance, Fox shows some of the best, and they use those to bring you to the table of stupidity every day. Fox was created at a time that the wealthy were trying to figure out how to keep up the ideas and views of Nazi Germany and create that in America.
Murdock came up for Australia and, combined efforts with a few others, set up the ground-breaking ideas and placed a TV channel called FOX in front of a nation. Of course, Fox studios were doing great with movies, and no one thought a thing about Fascist views at that time.
But Fox TV was a new experiment for the rich and corporate CEOs and some of the wealthiest people who escaped Nazi Germany.
They put to work a system that gave people good programs, and of course, everyone loves good programs and movies, and it was designed to be a lead into the news they wished to create.
To change people’s minds about rich concepts and ideas, you must have a means of moving them in the correct direction. Fox has been doing it for over 40 years now.
It was set up during the Nixon administration, and everything looked great for them, but they faced one problem at that time, and it was stopping them from putting up the news they wanted to tell the nation in the manner they wanted to show it.
The problem was a law called the “FAIRNESS DOCTRINE”.
During the Nixon years, even though those years were short, Fox had to show both sides of a situation. In other words, if they wanted you to see the black side of ugliness, they had to show an equal amount of time for the bright side of humanity.
It was simply a way to express equal views on all issues.
The rich and the corporations pulled several strings, and finally, they bought an actor who they put in place as President, Ronald Reagan.
Ronnie was bought and paid for, and one of the first things he did was to make sure and repay those who put him in office, kind of like this guy we have in office now, who wants everyone to kneel before him as if he is a king.
Like number 45 today, he has put in office all of those who dumped Millions of dollars into his winning the election.
Or at least helping him fix the election.
He does not care about the people. His only concern is his wealth.
Ronnie was the start of the downfall of America, and that was one thing our nation never needed. He dropped taxes on the wealthy, that 1% all of you hear about every day, and he lowered the taxes on corporations by 32%
.By dropping taxes on the wealthiest in our nation by 43% and losing that 32% America lost 75% of the tax revenue that was being brought into our nation to run our government.
Try to imagine our government with 100% tax revenue coming in from the wealthy and corporations that helped to pay for everything we ever needed, education, health care, jobs, defense, national parks and forestry services, highways, and rebuilding the infrastructure.
Yes, imagine that all being paid for by 100% of those taxpayers.
NOW THINK OF ALL THAT BEING PAID FOR BY ONLY 25% OF THOSE TAXPAYERS IN THIS NATION.
Once those taxes were all dropped, we were supposed to see new jobs, great construction, and people lifted out of poverty. It was called “the trickle-down theory”. A bill of goods was handed to all Americans to let the rich and corporations have a free ride on taxation.
I mean, it sounded good, don’t you think? The rich and corporations won’t pay taxes, but will spend profits on rebuilding America with new jobs and giving people good lives.
HAVE YOU EVER HEARD THE WORDS, “BULL SHIT”?
Every time we drop taxes on the rich, all taxpayers lose—every single one of us.
We have a guy in the White House now who wants to do all he can to make sure big pharmacies get tons of tax breaks and make billions of dollars.
Do you understand why he wants that to happen? Do you understand the amount of money he will make under, over, and on the side of the table?
Reagan had to tax everyone in our nation who still paid taxes 11 separate and different times. He taxed Social Security on our elderly on the money they had set aside to live on. He taxed unemployment, tried to destroy the air traffic controller union, shut down all mental hospitals across this nation, and put all of those working there, along with the patients, out in the streets.
Patients who became many of our homeless.
He could not make up for what he lost, so in every state, Red and Blue alike, he stopped funding programs that helped the people.
From that time on, America was not being taken care of by the 100%. It was being paid for by us, you and me, and every single person who still paid taxes.
YES, THE RICH GOT THE FREE RIDE AND ARE STILL AT THE TOP, AND WE ARE PAYING FOR IT ALL.
So, tell me what it means to be a conservative? Think about what I just gave you for information about how the rich and corporations walked away from paying taxes.
Being a conservative means you’re part of that 1% that is saving all your money and not spending it on frivolous things like education, highways, jobs, healthcare, food stamps, Medicare, and even Social Security.
Yes, they collect Social Security, but most of them don’t even have to pay into it after they pass a certain amount of income. Any person who earns over $160,200 pays no tax on their earnings above this level.
Those supporting Social Security are the working-class and middle-class people.
America was supposedly created with equality, justice, and honor, and over the years, we seem to have lost all of that.
Today, we are faced with worthless religious fanatics and people who must indeed think they are part of that 1%. The ones I say have no brain cells because they still vote for people who want us to pay for everything, as the rich pay for nothing.
What’s it going to take to wake people up and make them understand that they are not the rich, they are not the ones getting that free ride, but in fact, they are the ones paying for all the freeloaders who are getting that free ride.
Politics is a game for the wealthy who do all they can to put people in office who will help them gain more wealth and tax all of the 99% in America.
I, FOR ONE, AM TIRED OF PAYING FOR FREELOADERS.
When it comes down to it, I don’t mind paying to help families in need or pay for food stamps, and the reason is that those people still pay taxes.
