Mythic literalism, the idea that the Messiah’s return on a cloud is taken as a future physical event involving a specific person descending from the sky. However, in a mystical reading, that same imagery could represent the descent of higher consciousness into the human psyche. Reframing Messiah shifting away from anthropomorphism to frequency and the idea that Mashiach is not a “who” but a waveform of awakened unity consciousness; a vibrational threshold rather than a literal arrival.
