Ingredients
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Step 1 –In a mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients and stir together until well-combined.
Step 2 –Transfer to the refrigerator and chill completely for about 2 hours.
Step 3 –Serve.
