Donald Trump’s demise isn’t a
Blackman’s prize Justice for the Blackman is still
in disguise Injustice in our communities is on
the rise So that’s why I’m saying Trump’s
demise is any Blackman’s prize
What does it matter to the
Blackman if Trump’s indicted so
many black communities are still
plighted
Only the 24-hour news cycles
are delighted
Because Trump spending even a day
in a white-collar jail
Will do nothing for all those Black
men languishing in jail
not able to pay their bail
So that’s why I couldn’t give a damn
that Trump’s indicted
Because it won’t mean anything until
injustice in America is slighted
And until our black communities are united
I could care less that Donald Trump’s indicted.
