Bob’s Words of Wisdom for April

April is one of the “big 3” for non-churchgoers. It’s called “CME,” or Christmas, Mother’s Day, and Easter. Yes, April is here, and the birds are chirping, flowers blossoming, and pollen is in the air. More importantly, it’s “Resurrection Sunday,” or the words we use to not call it “Easter.”

Christ did rise from the dead, but so often in life we don’t talk about the best down and humiliation HE suffered before HIS death and burial. Death, burial, and resurrection…this is an order, and it’s one that we dare not neglect in this life.

Whatever it is that you want God to resurrect (your life, business, marriage, other relationships, etc.) you must first take your hands off of it, make sure it’s DEAD (no pulse, breath, coroner says it’s dead), then BURY it (put closure on it, out of your sight, don’t visit it) and then await its RESURRECTION! If you want to go up (ASCEND) to your next level, just make sure that you follow the order that JESUS set!
